My husband and I worked with Nakai-san to find an apartment to purchase. I was quite picky and we spent a little over a year visiting apartments with Nakai-san's help. He listened to our requests and worked very hard to find us many great options. He was always extremely fast to get back to us and schedule viewings as well as drive us all across Tokyo. On top of everything he was very friendly and nice. My Japanese is not great but he was easy to chat with. (My husband did most of the communication and translation) Finally he helped us to get the apartment of my dreams. There were several other interested parties but he negotiated well to secure the place for us!
